Products and availability

Only products with an enabled checkout can be ordered. Product pages describe the selected model and what is included. Images labelled as concepts or AI visualizations illustrate a design and are not photographs of manufactured units. GlowTree is available in the design shown. Images are AI product visualizations, not photographs. Contact us before purchase if you need exact dimensions, power requirements, controls or accessory details.

Prices and payment

Prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). GlowTree has a launch price of $56.99; the planned regular price is $75.00. Buying two saves 20% on the launch-price subtotal ($91.18). Buying three or more saves 35% on the launch-price subtotal ($111.13 for three). Bundle totals are rounded to the nearest cent. Shipping is $8 per order, plus any applicable taxes. Contact us before purchase if you need exact dimensions, power, control or accessory details.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Available card and wallet options depend on your device, browser and eligibility. The final total is displayed before you authorize payment. Your bank may apply currency conversion or other fees under its own terms. Purchases are one-time payments, without a subscription.

Shipping and fulfilment

Orders are prepared and shipped manually. Shipping is $8 per order to the United States and the European Union. Estimated total preparation and delivery is 7–12 days to the United States and 12–14 days to the European Union. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. Contact us about a delay, incorrect address or delivery problem. Additional charges not disclosed before purchase will not be added to your order without your agreement.

Cancellations, returns and problems

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. See the returns policy for how to notify us, send goods back and receive a refund. Contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or missing. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available and are not limited by the change-of-mind return period.
