Who is responsible

The seller and data controller is Luigi Case, operating GlowTree, Via Tiberi 33, 65125 Pescara (PE), Italy. For privacy questions or requests, contact marcotonno46@gmail.com.

Information and purposes

We process the contact details, order contents, payment status, billing and shipping information needed to take steps at your request and perform your purchase contract. We use correspondence to answer support and return requests. Required order information must be provided to complete and deliver a purchase; without it we cannot fulfil the order.

We retain records needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations. We also process proportionate security and technical request information to protect the store and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Cards and payment

Payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout. This store does not collect your full card number or card security code. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy. The seller can access the order, contact, delivery and payment information needed for fulfilment, support, accounting and refunds.

Providers and international processing

The site uses Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, Stripe for payment processing and Google Fonts for typography. Request information such as IP address and browser details may be processed when those services are loaded. Order and delivery details may be shared with the delivery provider to ship your order; relevant records may be shared with accounting or other advisers where necessary.

Providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy notices describe processing locations and applicable safeguards, such as adequacy arrangements or standard contractual clauses: OpenAI, Cloudflare, Stripe and Google. Contact us for information about the providers used for your order.

Browser storage

Your selected products and quantities are kept in local storage on your browser so your bag is remembered on that device. A checkout reference may be kept temporarily in session storage to handle your return from Stripe. You can remove these device-local records by clearing your browser storage. No advertising pixels or analytics trackers are configured by the store.

Retention

Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable law, generally up to ten years where an accounting retention obligation applies, and longer only where required for an unresolved legal matter. Routine support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after resolution unless it forms part of a record that must be retained longer. Browser bag records remain until you clear them or remove the items; session storage is cleared with the browser session.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact marcotonno46@gmail.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords or authentication codes.

You may complain to the Italian data protection authority or your local supervisory authority. We do not use automated decision-making to determine your eligibility for goods; Stripe may use its own payment-security checks under its privacy notice.
