14 days to notify us

You may tell us that you wish to return an order within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. Email marcotonno46@gmail.com with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can also write to Luigi Case, Via Tiberi 33, 65125 Pescara (PE), Italy. You do not need to use a special form or obtain approval to exercise an applicable withdrawal right.

Returning the goods

Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us. Contact us for delivery instructions; our correspondence address is Via Tiberi 33, 65125 Pescara (PE), Italy. You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. For defective, damaged or incorrect goods, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy without imposing change-of-mind return charges.

Handle goods only as necessary to check their nature, characteristics and operation. Include the supplied parts and accessories. A deduction may apply for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product; opening packaging alone does not automatically remove your withdrawal right.

Refunds

For a full-order withdrawal, we refund the amount paid for the returned goods and the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra charge for a more expensive delivery option is not refunded. For a partial return, the refund reflects the amount actually paid for the returned items, including any discount shown on your receipt.

We issue the refund without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold it until the goods have been received or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever happens first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without a charge. Your bank may take additional processing time.

Faults and delivery problems

The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods. EU consumers retain the applicable legal guarantee, normally at least two years for new goods. Email marcotonno46@gmail.com with the order reference and details of the problem. We will arrange the remedy required by applicable law.

You may copy this text into an email or letter: “I hereby withdraw from my purchase of [goods], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Order reference: [reference]. Customer name and address: [details]. Date: [date].”
